Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, the investment bank, signed an agreement yesterday to move some employees displaced from the World Trade Center to 1 Hudson Square, an office building near the entrance to the Holland Tunnel.

Morgan Stanley is subleasing 150,000 square feet from another tenant in the building, Getty Images, according to James Meiskin, president of Plymouth Partners, who represented Getty in the negotiations.
