Jay Safier, Director Mr. Safier attended the University of South Florida from 1996-2000, where he Majored in Business Management and minored in Economics.

Directly following College Jay attacked the real estate market both in NY and FL. In 2002, he developed two homes in Miami Beach, Florida, and worked for "The Jills" of Coldwell Banker in Miami Beach, recording 77 Million dollars in sales in 2002. In 2002-2004, he also worked for DK International where he sold luxury condominiums at Sunset Harbor in Miami Beach.

Mr. Safier permanently moved to New York City in January of 2004. He worked for Majic Development where he was the Director of Marketing and one of the Major contributors of the sale of Harlem Park, a 252M dollar mix-use project sold to Vornado Real Estate and Trust.

Also in 2004, he placed his NY Real Estate Liscense with Plymouth Partners where he began his commercial Real Estate career.

Furthermore, he played a major Role in the leasing needs to the 300 million dollar renovation project of The Plaza in NYC, which is one of the most highly valued addresses in the World.

In 2004-current, Jay continues to thrive at Plymouth Partners where he handles the commercial leasing needs of corporations and retailers, as well as sales of commercial buildings.

Jay is also a supporter of Robinhood Foundation, St Judes Childrens Hospital, The American Cancer Society, WIZO, FIDF, UJA, Manny and Gladys Rick Foundation, McCarton Foundation, and ofcoarse his family are Cousins of the 2 Billion Dollar plus, Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation located in his home town of Baltimore, MD.
