The primary mission of Plymouth Partners is
to serve clients as Tenant Representatives, so we do not typically
market office space. In some cases, however, we accept an assignment
if it is in conjunction with our clients' needs or represents an
unusual opportunity. At no time, however, do we work on behalf of
landlords or building owners. This conflict of interest prevents
brokers from representing tenants in an unbiased manner. Other brokers
routinely accept assignments on both sides of the fence; Plymouth
Partners does not.
Through assignment or subletting, we help clients dispose of excess
space to reduce financial obligations. Following are some opportunities
